The corner apartment is located 10 meters from the ocean with two separated private terraces for the best view of the sunrise over St Barth. The apartment has two bedrooms with A/C and two bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen. This oceanfront getaway has a unique view any time of the day and night. The soothing ocean waves and breeze will transport your mind and spirit and create a peaceful and memorable holiday.

The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner apartment is quiet and spacious. The main assets are the two private balconies with incredible views of the ocean and the surrounding islands. The living area has a couch, coffee table and Internet connection. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all the amenities including full size refrigerator and stove, coffee maker, hot water maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and eating and cooking utensils. Kitchen is ready to cook a great meal. The dining area includes a dining table that seats four. The master bedroom has king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom with a bathtub. The guest bedroom has queen size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom. The shooting ocean waves will ensure a good night sleep. Both bedrooms/bathrooms include all necessary linens and towels.

Guest access
The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property.

Guests have access to the ocean side with its private man-made beach. This area has covered gazebo , sun beds and BBQ facilities. Perfect place to relax have a drink and enjoy the soothing ocean waves and the view of the surrounding islands.

Other things to note
Please keep the room doors and windows close when the A/C is on. Turn it off before leaving the apartment.
